Evoke KYNE has a team-based culture where people are encouraged to share their ideas and every person is valued. This inclusive and collaborative spirit is reflected in our company programs, from wellness to corporate giving and volunteering, which everyone has a hand in creating and driving.

Our charitable and social impact program provides a variety of ways to give back including company donations to address key global issues, annual group volunteering opportunities, employee 1:1 donation matching to non-profits and paid time off for personal volunteering.

Our global diversity, equity and inclusion team is building and nurturing a culture of inclusion to ensure that diverse representation and perspectives are present at all levels of the company, and that all employees feel an inherent sense of belonging.

We work hard, and play hard too. We organize a variety of events that allow us to bond outside the office including holiday parties and creative adventures, as well as celebrations of personal and professional milestones, often culminating in karaoke!

Our team is united by a shared dedication to supporting each other, enhancing skills, and helping with both personal and professional development. The program helps participants identify and achieve personal career development goals and offers cross-level and cross-office collaborations.

Staying true to our mission, the program provides weekly healthy lunches and in-office snacks, bi-monthly massages and wellness and mindfulness classes, and incentive-based challenges that allow us to flex our competitive (and actual) muscles.

Each year we fly the entire company—from administrative team to CEO—to one location to finalize annual business objectives, learn new skills and strengthen relationships. Insights are used to drive company strategy, enhance internal programs and identify how resources should be allocated.

We are committed to the professional growth of our employees and recognize that continuous development is critical. Throughout the year, we offer agency-wide enrichment and training opportunities, featuring internal and external experts, to enhance knowledge and skills. Employees are also provided a stipend and flex time to attend classes, conferences and events.

We’re a global company, and it’s important for us take advantage of our geographic reach. The program provides employees the opportunity to work in another office for up to three months, supporting enriched perspectives for business, client and personal development.
